For 15 years, the Turkey Trot for the Memory has brought our community together each Thanksgiving to honor loved ones affected by Alzheimer's disease. As we celebrate this milestone, we are proud to officially dedicate the event as the Francis P. O'Connor Memorial Race, recognizing Justice O'Connor's legacy and the O'Connor family's 15 years of leadership, service, and commitment to our mission.

We look forward to celebrating this milestone with you while continuing to support Alzheimer's research, care, and hope for future generations.

Why We Run

What began as a family Thanksgiving tradition has grown into one of Shrewsbury's most cherished community events. Today, the Francis P. O'Connor Memorial Race brings more than 1,000 participants together each Thanksgiving to honor loved ones and support Alzheimer's research and care.
